Recipe Idea: Blueberry Cobbler
Hi. It’s Lois at Recipe Idea Shop, talking about a BLUE dish for your Fourth of July gathering, Blueberry Cobbler.
I was hungry for Blueberry Cobbler today, but I had never made it. So I looked in some of my cookbooks. I found two recipes with one crust and one with two. One of the recipes said to put the crust on the bottom, one said to put it on the top, and one said to put it on the bottom and the top. I chose the one that had it as the bottom crust. Then I used my Blueberry Pie recipe for the fruit filling. It was really good.
What to take to your family gathering? Problem solved! Blueberry Cobbler is a good dish for taking to a picnic. You can eat it warm, cold or room temperature, and it will be delicious. Happy Independence day!
