Look around. There's beauty everywhere. You don't have to see a waterfall to experience life's pleasures. The beauty of life surrounds you.
Life's beauty stares back at you in the mirror each day and twinkles in the eyes of a child. Ice and snow sparkle as they fall and give you the opportunity to play or cuddle up with someone you love. In spring and summer, flowers bloom and trees bend gently in the wind.
Open Your Eyes to The Beauty
When my life is busy, I often miss the beauty of the little things in life. I know I can relieve my stress and refocus my attitude by paying attention to those little things.
I take a walk, and pretty soon, I find myself looking at the snowmen in the yards and the children making snow angels. I relax and feel the stress slipping away. In other seasons, I pay attention to the flowers blooming and the birds chirping.

Some people keep a gratitude journal to remind them of their day. I love that I can look back and see the good things that have happened in my daily life. It's uplifting.
