Ingredients

Rotisserie Chicken
(skinned and deboned)

apple

celery

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Core, seed and chop the apple into small pieces.
Dice the celery into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, apple, celery, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and lemon juice gently until well mixed.
Serve over a bed of lettuce.
