Ingredients
2boneless skinless chicken breasts4 ounces each
½cupItalian Dressing
Instructions
Put the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the Italian dressing over it.
Marinate the chicken in the Italian dressing for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Grill about 6 minutes a side on a hot outdoor grill or 6 minutes total on a George Foreman Indoor Grill (or similar indoor grill).
Notes
NOTE 1: Be careful if you are using the George Forman Grill. It cooks both sides at the same time, so it will only take about 6 minutes total to cook a breast.NOTE 2: The nutrition calculator includes all of the Italian dressing in the label. However, it's likely that only a couple teaspoons (or maybe a tablespoon) of dressing sticks to the chicken after marinating it and cooking it. The label on the dressing says 170 mg sodium per tablespoon, for instance.
