Ingredients

Gluten-Free Flour Blend

baking powder

Xanthan Gum

teaspoon
salt

eggs
separated

milk
or almond milk

vanilla extract

tablespoons
unsalted butter

Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl mix the yolks, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir to thoroughly combine.
Whip the egg whites until stiff.
Fold the egg whites into the batter and mix gently.
Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron's instructions.
