Ingredients

12.5 ounce can
cooked, canned chicken

tablespoons
Miracle Whip
(or mayonnaise)
¼
teaspoon
pepper
2
stalks chopped celery
2
green spring onions
(white and tender green parts only, sliced small)
1
red apple
(such as a Delicious or Gala, seeded and chopped)

grape tomatoes
(halved, quartered or sliced, your preference)

mixed raw salad greens
Instructions
Drain the chicken and place the chicken in a medium bowl.
Add the Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise), pepper, celery, green onions, apple pieces and tomato quarters.
Mix gently until thoroughly mixed.
Serve over 1 cup mixed, raw greens that have been washed and spun dry.
