Toasted Pine Nuts

  • 1/4 cup raw pine nuts


  1. Spread the pine nuts evenly over the pan in a single layer.
  2. Broil for 1-5 minutes (depending on the hotness of the oven) or cook in a dry skillet on top of the stove for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. When pine nuts are slightly browned, remove them from the heat.
  4. Eat immediately or save in an air tight container.
