Ingredients

full fat
organic yogurt

medium English cucumber
shredded and patted dry

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
dried dill
fronds

dollop
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, garlic, dill and cucumber until blended.
Add the cucumber and stir.
It is best to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Drizzle the dollop of olive oil over the Tzatziki Sauce before serving.
