Easy Russian Dressing Recipe
Modified from a Moosewood recipe, this Easy Russian Dressing is creamy and delicious on salad, grilled romaine, Reubens and other kinds of sandwiches.

Ingredients

diced tomato

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor or blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
