Ingredients

sweet potatoes
peeled and cut in rounds about ¼" thick

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg
½
teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Put the sweet potato slices in a bowl.
Add the olive oil and mix.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Mix to coat.
Grill over medium heat in a vegetable basket for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown.
