Ingredients

baby spinach leaves

pieces
turkey bacon
2
hard-boiled eggs
peeled and sliced
Hollandaise Sauce
we use Knorr's mix
paprika for garnish
Instructions
Warm the serving plates.
Cook the Knorr's Hollandaise Sauce according to the package and keep it warm.
Microwave the spinach leaves for about 20 seconds until they just start to wilt.
Microwave the turkey bacon slices for about a minute or until you hear them popping and crackling.
Place the turkey bacon slices on the warm plate. Arrange the spinach leaves over the turkey bacon.
Fan the egg slices on the spinach leaves.
Spoon 2 teaspoons of Hollandaise Sauce over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
