Ingredients

cups
peeled
seeded, and chopped green tomatoes (or tomatillos—I never seed or peel them!)

shallots or 4 green onions
white and tender green parts only

cup
golden raisins
can substitute brown raisins or dried cranberries

sugar

apple cider vinegar
1 ½
tablespoons
peeled and grated fresh ginger

teaspoon
ground allspice

teaspoon
salt

ground cloves

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a 3 ½-quart slow cooker (crockpot).
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the lid and let cool completely before storing in the refrigerator (or can it!)
