Ingredients

olive oil

lemon juice

lite soy sauce

sesame oil

finely chopped scallions
or green onions

ground Chinese ginger

finely chopped garlic

flounder fillets
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400F degrees.
Mix all the ingredients except the flounder in a small bowl.
Place the flounder in an oven-proof dish. (If using frozen fish, be sure to thaw it first.)
Drizzle the marinade over the fish and let it sit for 15 minutes or more.
Bake for 12 minutes.
The fish is done when it flakes easily.
