For the Homemade Tortillas

All-Purpose Flour (200 g)

For the Filling:

Chicken Breasts (about 10 oz / 280 g total)

Ranch Dressing (30 ml)

Shredded Cheddar or Gouda Cheese (100 g)

Instructions
Make the Tortillas:
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the oil and stir to combine.
Gradually add cold water while mixing with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms.
Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and rest for 30–40 minutes at room temperature.
Divide and roll out the dough into 4 rounds, each about ⅛ inch (3 mm) thick.
Prick each round with a fork to prevent bubbles and cook on a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly golden.
Prepare the Filling:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill or bake until cooked through, then dice into small pieces.
Peel and cube the avocado.
Lay out each tortilla. Add chicken, avocado, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and a generous sprinkle of cheese.
Assemble & Toast:
Roll each tortilla into a burrito shape, folding in the sides as you roll.
For extra crispiness, toast each burrito seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes.
