Dressing

Mayonnaise

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, peas, and mozzarella to the bowl.
Toss until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
Chill for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Finish with shaved Parmesan and optional parsley before serving.
Notes
Refrigerator: Store covered for up to 3 days.
Not freezer-friendly due to the creamy dressing.
