Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet or casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Lay out a single layer of crackers on your baking sheet. Top each one with ham.
Divide your cheese into ¼'s and top your ham with cheese. Add a cracker on top to sandwich everything together.
In a bowl add your melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, minced onion, and poppy seeds. Mix until well combined.
