salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the grill to very hot (about 5 minutes).
Place the steak on the grill grate and shut the lid.
Cook for 4-7 minutes a side. Likely, 4 minutes a side will be rare and 7 will be well done. I like mine cooked about 5 minutes a side for a medium-rare steak.
Let rest a minute or two before serving. Serve hot.
