Instructions
In a large deep skillet/saute pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced kielbasa in butter until slices are browned.
Transfer browned sausage to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until the onions become translucent.
Add the sauerkraut, salt, pepper, thyme, and the browned sausage to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes to heat the sauerkraut.
Serve and enjoy.
