Broccoli, chopped into small rose (about 4 cups)

Soya Sauce (dark)

Vegetable Oil (olive oil, sesame oil or sunflower oil)

Instructions
Put water in a large pot. Let the water boil. After boiling, add the noodles and cook according to the instructions.
Strain the noodles. Reserve 4 tablespoon of the boiled water. Set aside.
Prepare the sauce
In a small cup add soya sauce, honey, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 4 tbps of the reserved water, and ginger powder. Stir well. Set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables
Put 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan and let it warm over medium heat. Do not let it burn.
Add the vegetables except the garlic and bamboo. Cook until browned and soft, stirring occasionally about 10 minutes. If necessary reduce the heat.
Add garlic and bamboo and stir gently. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Pour the mixture with the soy sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds stir gently and add the noodles.
Add more soy sauce, sesame seeds and vegetable oil to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
