Ingredients

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

chicken tenders
1
medium onion
chopped into medium pieces
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
teaspoon
dried rosemary leaves
or 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
½
teaspoon
dried tarragon
or 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon, chopped
½
cup
white wine
salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the chicken tenders in the oil for about 4 minutes.
Turn them over. (They should be browned.)
Add the onion and garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes or so until the onion just begins to soften.
Add the rosemary, tarragon and wine.
Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion is tender-crisp.
Season with salt and pepper.
