minced garlic

rice wine vinegar

Tabasco sauce

Instructions
Peel and seed the avocado. Put it in your small food processor.
Add garlic, salt, lime juice, water, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and cilantro.
Pulse process these ingredients until smooth.
Add the vegetable oil and blend until emulsified.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
