Ingredients

olive oil

small red onion
(sliced)

zucchini
(sliced in rounds)

yellow squash
(sliced in rounds)

cloves
garlic
(minced)

tablespoon
fresh thyme

fresh oregano

teaspoon
dried marjoram
¼
teaspoon
orange zest
(The zest is the outside peel.)
Salt & Pepper to taste
(I use about ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon pepper.)

Instructions
On a large piece heavy-duty aluminum foil, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place the onions, zucchini, yellow squash on top of the oiled aluminum foil.
Sprinkle the minced garlic, spices, orange zest, and salt and pepper over the squash.
Pour the final tablespoon of olive oil over the top and seal the package.
Bake the vegetable package on the hot grill for about 30 minutes, turning once.
