package Knorr's Vegetable Soup mix
dried mix

can water chestnuts
drained and cut in small pieces

package frozen chopped spinach

green onions
whites and tender green parts only, chopped

container of sour cream

mayonnaise

Instructions
Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Get as much out as you can.
Mix all ingredients except bread and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour.
Place the dip in a serving bowl or platter surrounded by the crackers of your choice.
