Ingredients

Stovetop Directions
Put about 3-4 inches of water in the bottom of your double boiler.
In the top part of the double boiler, add sugar, milk and butter. Put the top part of the double boiler on top of the bottom part.
Over medium heat, bring the sugar, milk, butter mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes. Watch and stir this constantly as it burns easily!
When a candy thermometer reaches 238F degrees, remove from heat, stir in the remaining ingredients. The chocolate will melt as you stir it.
Beat the candy mixture with a wooden spoon until the candy thickens.
Pour into an 8" x 8" x 2" buttered pan.
Cool and cut into 2" squares.
Microwave Directions: Be super careful as this burns easily.
Microwave the first three ingredients on high for 3 minutes.
Stir.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Stir.
Add chocolate chips, milk chocolate and Baker's Chocolate and stir.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a wooden spoon until the candy thickens.
Pour into an 8" x 8" x 2" buttered pan.
Cool and cut into 2" squares.
