2cupsshredded Cheddar Cheesefreshly shredded is best
1small jar diced Centos Pimientosdrained
½cupKraft Mayonnaise
8drops of Tabasco Sauce

Mix all of the ingredients.
You can add more or less mayo to your liking.
Serve on bread as a sandwich, or use it as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables.
Notes
Note: I strongly suggest you shred your own cheese instead of buying prepackaged shredded cheese. The packaged cheese is coated with an anti-caking mixture to keep it from spoiling or clumping and it makes it dry.
