Ingredients
20grape tomatoescut in half
½red bell pepperdiced
1roasted red pepperdiced, or a small jar of pimentos, drained
2teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1Pinchof ground cumin
Salt and pepper to tasteabout ¼ teaspoon salt and a pinch of pepper

Toss all of the ingredients together and stir to combine.
You can also add a tiny bit of white vinegar if you like.
Notes
You can use any kind of fresh tomatoes you have available. Homegrown are the best, but if you want to make this salad during the off-season, use grape tomatoes.
