What type of espresso do you use?

I’m using Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast Nespresso Pods. Any shot of espresso will work, or if you do not have a Nespresso maker you can use cold brew.

    Can you make this dairy-free?

Yes! You can find dairy-free eggnog at most grocery stores.
