    Ingredients

    • Mein Noodles
    • Yellow Onion
    • Red Pepper
    • Green Pepper
    • Carrots
    • Bamboo
    • Parsley
    • Broccoli
    • Garlic Cloves
    • Honey or Agave Syrup
    • Soya Sauce (dark)
    • Vegetable Oil
    • Ginger Powder
    • Sesame Seeds

    How to Make Vegetable Mein Noodles

    Prepare the noodles:

    Put water in a large pot.

    Let the water boil. After boiling, add the noodles and cook according to
    the instructions.

    Strain the noodles—reserve 4 tablespoon of the water.

    Set aside.
    Prepare the sauce:

    In a small cup add soya sauce, honey, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 4 tablespoon of the
    water you reserve, and ginger powder. Stir well.

    Set aside.
    Prepare the Vegetables:

    Put 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan and let it warm over medium heat. Do not let it burn.

    Add the vegetables except the garlic and bamboo. Cook until browned
    and soft, stirring occasionally about 10 minutes. If necessary reduce the
    heat.

    Add garlic and bamboo and stir gently. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.

    Turn off the stove. Pour the mixture with the soy sauce.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds stir gently and add the noodles.

    • 8 ounces Mein Noodles
    • 1 Large Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 Red Pepper, finely sliced
    • 1 Green Pepper, finely sliced
    • 2 Carrots, cut into thin matchsticks
    • 3 tablespoon Canned Bamboo
    • ½ bunch Parlsey
    • 1 Broccoli, chopped into small rose (about 4 cups)
    • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
    • 2 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup
    • 3 tablespoon Soya Sauce (dark)
    • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (olive oil, sesame oil or sunflower oil)
    • 2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
    • 2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

    Instructions
     

    • Put water in a large pot. Let the water boil. After boiling, add the noodles and cook according to the instructions.
    • Strain the noodles. Reserve 4 tablespoon of the boiled water. Set aside.

    Prepare the sauce
