    Quick and Easy Carrot Cake Recipe

    • Carrot cake mix ( any brand )
    • Eggs
    • Milk
    • Oil
    • Carrots 
    • Walnuts

    How to Make Carrot Cake

    • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the carrot cake mix box. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix, milk, oil, and eggs.

    • Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Add the grated carrots and 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts to the batter and stir until they are evenly distributed throughout. 
    • Grease the 7x7 square pan with butter or cooking spray to prevent the cake from sticking. 
    • Pour the carrot cake batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

    • Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions on the carrot cake mix box. Typically, this will take around 25-30 minutes. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
    • While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting according to the instructions on the carrot cake mix box. This usually involves mixing a powdered frosting mix with a specified amount of milk or water. Follow the instructions carefully to achieve the desired consistency.
