    • Mango 
    • Roma Tomatoes
    • Cilantro
    • Red Onion 
    • Jalapenos 
    • Lime Juice 
    • Salt

    Directions: 

    1. Peel and dice ½ pineapple into small pieces. 
    1. Peel and dice 1 mango into small pieces.
    1. Finely dice 4 roma tomatoes. 
    1. Chop 2 tablespoons of cilantro. 
    1. Finely dice ½ cup red onion.
