Ingredients for Mango Pineapple Salsa
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Roma Tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Red Onion
- Jalapenos
- Lime Juice
- Salt

Directions:
- Peel and dice ½ pineapple into small pieces.
- Peel and dice 1 mango into small pieces.
- Finely dice 4 roma tomatoes.
- Chop 2 tablespoons of cilantro.
- Finely dice ½ cup red onion.

- Seed and dice 2 jalapeños (adjust heat level to your preference).
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeños.
- Add 4 tablespoons of lime juice and the salt, tossing everything together until well combined.

- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed (add more lime juice, salt jalapeños for extra zing).
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
