How to Make Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Step 1. Saute Kielbasa
In a large deep skillet/saute pan over medium heat, saute the sliced kielbasa in butter until slices are browned. Transfer browned sausage to a plate and set aside.
Step 2. Saute Onions and Garlic
In the same skillet, saute the onions and garlic until the onions become translucent.


Step 3. Add Sauerkraut
Add the sauerkraut, salt, pepper, thyme, and the browned sausage to the skillet.

- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Large Onion, diced
