- Mascarpone Cheese
- Heavy Cream
- White Chocolate
- Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Sugar
- Ladyfinger Biscuits
- Raspberry Juice or Raspberry Liqueur
- Fresh Raspberries
- White Chocolate Shavings

Instructions
Prepare the Cream Layer:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream. Then stir in the cooled, melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.

Dip the Ladyfingers:
Lightly dip each ladyfinger into raspberry juice or liqueur for just 1–2 seconds. Do not soak too long to avoid sogginess.

Assemble the Tiramisu:
In a serving dish or individual glasses, arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
Add a layer of raspberries, then repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream.


Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, top with fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings or curls.
