This mini sandwich or slider is a party favorite. My family loves them but Italian Sliders with lots of cheese and a buttery topping is at the head of their favorite foods list.
The ingredients that make these Italian Sliders special are pepperoncini's, Swiss cheese, oil and vinegar dressing, a seasoned buttery topping for the rolls, and layers of premium deli meats.

6 ounces sliced ham
8 ounces sliced salami
6 ounces sliced pepperoni
9-12 slices Swiss cheese
⅓ cup pepperoncini's
3 cups shredded lettuce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Topping
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the bottom halves of the Hawaiian slider rolls on a large baking pan.
Spread mayo (or your chosen spread) evenly across the cut sides of the rolls.
Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and Swiss cheese on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and place the shredded lettuce on top of the melted cheese.
Drizzle the vinegar and oil on top of the lettuce then sprinkle pepperoncini's on top.
Place the top halves of the rolls on top to form sandwiches.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders. Serve immediately
We also call these mini sandwiches. I can eat 2 or if I'm really hungry.....3.
All of the ingredients together make this sandwich work. Without the Italian seasoning in the buttery topping the taste would not be the same.
