- Zucchini
- Sweet Onion
- Garlic, minced
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt

How to Make Cheesy Zucchini Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 400℉ and grease your baking dish with extra butter.
- Saute the onion and garlic in the butter in your skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then add in the zucchini and saute for another 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly, or until softened.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, and swiss cheese.
