For the Homemade Tortillas (4 wraps):
- Flour
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
For the Filling:
- Chicken Breasts
- Avocado
- Ranch Dressing
- Shredded Cheddar or Gouda Cheese
- Salt and Pepper

How to Make Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos
Make the Tortillas:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the oil and stir to combine.
- Gradually add cold water while mixing with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms.


- Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and rest for 30–40 minutes at room temperature.
- Divide and roll out the dough into 4 rounds, each about ⅛ inch (3 mm) thick.


- Prick each round with a fork to prevent bubbles and cook on a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side, until lightly golden.
Prepare the Filling:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill or bake until cooked through, then dice into small pieces.
- Peel and cube the avocado.


- Lay out each tortilla. Add chicken, avocado, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and a generous sprinkle of cheese.

Assemble & Toast:
