Love Dip Sauce for Coconut Shrimp?

Don made us some amazing Coconut Shrimp and Coconut Shrimp Dip Sauce. Since we like sweet and spicy dip sauce to complement the nutty taste of coconut in the Coconut Shrimp, he made a simple sauce with half cup orange marmalade thinned with about a tablespoon of orange juice and I added half teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Mmm-MMMM delicious. It’s so easy and tasty, I’m including it in my new cookbook, It Ain’t Just the Diet, coming out later this month.

Seriously. Two minutes…three ingredients.

What You Need

No special tools are needed for this recipe, but you will need a small bowl or measuring cup, a small spoon for storing, measuring cups and spoons. And what you really want are some sushi plates and bowls for serving or a great little sauce bowl.
