- Quick & Easy – Ready in just 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or last-minute meals.
- Packed with Flavor – Juicy shrimp, zesty seasoning, and fresh toppings make every bite irresistible.
- Light but Satisfying – A healthy option that doesn’t sacrifice taste or texture.
- Customizable – Add your favorite toppings like slaw, avocado, or a spicy crema to make them your own.

The trick to making these on a weeknight is buying frozen shrimp that’s already peeled and deveined.
These tacos are mild; if you like it spicy, throw in a little cayenne with the other spices, or just top with spicy salsa.
Tip: freeze the rest of the canned green chiles in an ice cube tray, then transfer to a Ziploc bag for the next time you make this, or make chili.
