How to Make Almond Joy Candy Bites

    1. In a large saucepan on medium heat, combine the mini marshmallows and corn syrup. Stir until completely melted and combined.

    2. Remove from the heat and add the shredded coconut. Stir until evenly distributed and let the mixture cool completely and firm up.

    3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

    4. Top each with an almond, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    5. While the bites are chilling, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.

    6. Once the bites are cool, dip each bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated, and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.

    7. Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating the bites for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
