Light Fluffy Gluten Free Waffles

Delicious, Light Fluffy Gluten Free Waffles. These are so good, no one will be able to tell they are gluten free.

These are the best Gluten-Free Waffles ever! The texture is perfect, and they are very light and fluffy.


  • 1¾ cups Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 1¾ cups milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the yolks, milk, vanilla and melted butter.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir to thoroughly combine.
  4. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the batter and mix gently.
  6. Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron’s instructions.
