What Can You Do Today?

Life is full of ups and downs. The world is in turmoil. You wish you could help the Ukrainian people. You wish you could change the world. I know I do!

Whatever it is that you want to do, there is always one thing you can do. And it doesn't have to be a big change. You can nourish your body and soul one step at a time.

Just Do One Thing

That's right, one tiny thing. And then pat yourself on the back. Breathe. And do one more thing that takes you toward your goal...

I wish I could solve the Russian/Ukrainian conflict. I can't. I'm not a political strategist. I am not a powerful world leader. But I can do one thing to help. I don't know what that is yet. But I will do one thing. And then another.

It's the only way I get things done. One thing at a time. It's how I healed myself with food. And it's how I got to my ripe old age. I did it one thing at a time. And you can, too. Take one step today.

Trust Yourself

Nourish your body and soul. You know what you need to do. You can do it. What's your one thing for today?
