Knorr vegetable spinach dip contains spinach, water chestnuts, dry vegetable soup mix, and more goodness. It's great on bread or crackers. My crew prefers crackers over bread. Plus, the bread doesn't stay fresh if you have leftovers, and the texture is off. This easy recipe takes just 20 minutes.
Knorr Spinach Dip is a "go-to" appetizer or snack recipe. It is one of our favorite dips.
Every time I serve it, my guests almost inhale it; they eat it so fast. It's delicious. With just six ingredients, you can make this recipe in a flash. Everyone loves it, and it looks beautiful and elegant on a buffet table either in the bread bowl or on a serving tray surrounded by crackers.
I have been making this easy spinach dip since the early 1980s. The original recipe is from the back of the Knorr's Vegetable Soup package.

This dip is one of those dishes you should have in your recipe repertoire. If you want to be fancy, serve it in a bread bowl with the inside of the bread ripped into small pieces and laid around the bowl. People will think you worked so hard to make it; they will be impressed. Or serve it in small cups with pretzels or crackers. Our favorite crackers are Sociables and Wheat Thins.
Tip: Mix up 4 to 5 hours before serving to let the flavors set.
What You Need
You will need a knife, a cutting board, measuring cups and spoons, a bowl, and a serving platter, as well as the soup mix.
