This authentic family recipe for pecan pie is a scrumptious, toasty, crunchy, sweet pie that cooks fast.
What Makes This Pecan Pie Quick Cooking
This pie recipe has less corn syrup and more eggs than my other recipe. It doesn't take as long to bake and is baked in a slow oven (350F degrees) for 30 minutes until firmly set. You can finely chop the pecans or combine whole pecans and pecan pieces.
What You Need
For this recipe, you need measuring cups and spoons, a pie plate, an unbaked pie shell, and pecans, of course.
