10 small potatoes 6 eggs ½ diced pepper 1 chopped yellow onion 3 chopped celery stalks thin-sliced radishes ½ tsp yellow mustard ½ cup Miracle Whip salad dressing salt & pepper to taste


1. Clean & cut potatoes 2. Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes 3. Cook eggs for 10 minutes 4. Peel & chop eggs 5. Mix all ingredients 6. Taste to adjust seasonings 7. Chill before serving
