Grilled Romaine Lettuce

Smoky, delicious way to serve lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce (hearts of Romaine work best)
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the Romaine lettuce in half lengthwise.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Grill the lettuce two minutes per side.
  5. Serve room temperature (or cold) with your favorite salad dressing.
