Hi. It's Lois at Recipe Idea Shop. This Olive Oil Lemon Honey Salad Dressing is such an easy recipe. Just whisk together equal parts of each ingredient. It comes from The Tastes of Ayurveda by Amrita Sondhi. It's delicious! Serve it on Barley Apple Walnut Salad, or any green salad. Yum.
Amrita Sondhi is knowledgeable about foods and how pairing one food with another creates the right environment for a person's metabolism. I found the discussion of various types of people a bit complicated, but the recipes are fabulous.
